salsa

ground beef (minced beef)

flour tortillas

cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Prepare the refried beans according to packaged directions.
Mix salsa into beans.
Place a gluten-free tortilla onto a pie plate.
Spread some beans onto the tortilla.
Place some beef on top of the beans.
Sprinkle it with a little cheese.
Softly press another tortilla onto the top of the first completed layer.
Repeat layers till you use all of your tortillas.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes till the cheese is slightly brown and bubbly and heated through.
Serve hot. Enjoy!!
