Instructions
Brown ground beef.
Add ground beef to the slow cooker.
Add diced tomatoes to the slow cooker.
Carmelize onion.
Add onion to slow cooker.
Add spices to taste.
Mix and cook for about 8 hours on low.
Serve over your favorite pasta substitute.
