Instructions
Take a pan and add oil. When the oil is hot, add onion and cook until brown in color.
Add ground lamb and cook for five minutes.
Add ginger-garlic paste, ground green chili, and tomato. Cook for 7 minutes.
Add salt, paprika powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and garam masala powder, then cook for 5 minutes.
Add potato and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water and cook for 30 minutes.
Garnish with green coriander. Serve.
