sunny-side-up (optional)
Instructions
Spray skillet with non-stick spray, turn the heat on to medium
Add ground turkey to skillet and cook on medium until turkey is no longer pink
Add onions and red bell pepper to skillet and cook until onions are soft and translucent
Add thawed hash browns and cook until potatoes and warm and a bit crispy (about 3 minutes)
Add onion powder, garlic powder, sage, thyme and pepper and mix in well
Remove from stove, plate and top with freshly ground parmesan cheese. Optionally, you can add a sunny-side-up egg.
