Vienna, cut in half lengthwise (optional)
Instructions
In a big bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the egg and sausage.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts.
The meat mixture is spread on a piece of aluminium foil about 15 inches long (just eyeball it).
Spread on the foil, making about 8×8 square.
In the middle line up sausage and eggs.
Roll the sausage carefully to create a log.
Wrap in foil.
Repeat the steps with the remaining mixture.
Steam or bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
Serve warm or cold with ketchup.
