Instructions
Combine the scallions, celery, red peppers, parsley, and Cajun seasoning in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add turkey, 3 tablespoons of tartar sauce, bread crumbs, and egg and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce (optional). Shape turkey mixture into four 4-inch patties.
Next, Preheat the broiler. Then, prepare a foil-lined baking sheet or broiler pan and place the patties on it. Broil 6 to 8 inches from the heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Stir together remaining 1⁄4 cup tartar sauce, diced tomato, and garlic in a small bowl. Serve patties on toasted burger buns with tartar sauce mixture, lettuce, and red onion.
