These veal sliders are easy and quick to make and good to freeze. It's always a good idea when you find your fridge empty or don't have enough time to prepare a meal for your little one.
Mash the peas with a spoon and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Form patties and cook for 15 mins.
Warm the slider buns a bit if you want. Then, add the patty, and you're ready to go!
Notes
The mixture is suitable for approximately 12 servings. Depending on who will eat and how much (my son usually eats 2 sliders per meal), you can modify the portions. You may serve the patties alone if you prefer; the slider buns are optional, but keep in mind that they look cute to the kids.
