Place one large skillet over medium heat and add some olive oil. Add garlic and onion and crumble the ground beef. Stir until the ground beef is brown and cooked for about 5 minutes.
Remove the cooked beef from the heat and place it in a mixing bowl. Add spaghetti sauce, mushroom soup, ½ cup of water, ½ cup of cheddar cheese and the cooked spaghetti. Stir gently until everything is mixed up well.
Transfer your spaghetti mixture to a ceramic or glass baking dish before spreading it evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese on the mixture
Bake until the cheese has melted and the casserole is bubbling about 20 minutes.
