Instructions
Boil a pot of water.
Brown ground pork in a pan over medium heat, breaking into small clumps. Drain fat.
Add all ingredients to the pork except the noodles, cucumber, and scallions. Cook the ground pork for about 8 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove the pork from heat and cover to keep hot.
Cook noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain noodles.
Pour meat mixture on top of noodles and add cucumber and scallions.
