Instructions
Chop or grate all vegetables.
Place the ground turkey in a big mixing bowl and add all ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Make small patties about 2 in circles.
Place a frying pan on med-high heat and coat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Once heated, place patties (depending on the size of the pan) 4 at a time
Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side
Cook the rest of the patties with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
