Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat. When hot, add onions, peppers, garlic, and all spices, mixing well.
Allow veggies to soften, often storing, about 10-12 minutes.
Add turkey and ground up using the back of a wooden spoon. Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add in tomatoes and beans, and stir to combine.
Cover and simmer for 60 minutes. Remove cover and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
If desired, served topped with any of your favorite fresh veggies like avocado or tomato. Happy Cooking!
