I believe you can never have enough spaghetti sauce recipes. I think they come in handy when you got lots of pastas at home. And I'm glad that I have this hearty spaghetti sauce recipe that's so easy to prepare.

parmesan cheese
Instructions
Using a food processor, puree onions, carrots, and garlic cloves. Set aside.
In a dutch oven or non-stick pot, heat oil on medium heat. Add chicken and cook through, about 7 minutes, stirring often.
On medium heat, stir in crushed tomatoes and pureed vegetables. Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in chopped basil, oregano, and pepper, and turn heat to a simmer. Let the sauce cook for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve on top of pasta noodles cooked as per package instructions and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
