Crispy Chicken Wontons With Spicy Chili and Lime Sauce

Wontons are fun to make and cook. In this recipe, I'll teach you how to whip up crispy chicken wontons with spicy chili and lime sauce that you can do easily.
½tablespoongreen onions (scallions or green shallots) - chopped
1clovegarlic - finely chopped
1teaspoonginger - grated
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonground black pepper
½cupwater - for sealing
12smallwonton wrappers
Sauce Ingredients
4tablespoonssoy sauce
2tablespoonssweet chili sauce (sweet chilli sauce in British English)
1teaspoonsesame oil
2teaspoonscilantro (coriander) - finely chopped
2teaspoonsgreen onions (scallions or green shallots) - thinly sliced
1teaspoongarlic salt
2tablespoonslime juice
2teaspoonsred pepper flakes - crushed
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, carrot, egg, cilantro, green onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.
Then, wrap the wontons by placing about a ½ tablespoon of filling in the center of the wonton wrapper and fold up diagonally or any way you want to. Pinch edges tight to seal.
Next, heat some cooking oil in a deep pan, and fry the wontons until golden brown.
Lastly, make the sauce by combining all the ingredients into a bowl, and whisk thoroughly.
