Instructions
Heat a lot of oil as you need in a pan. Add the minced garlic and ginger, then saute until aromatic.
Add the minced chicken. Saute until the meat is cooked.
Add all of the tomatoes, green beans, spices, and chillis. Proceed to saute.
Garnish with coriander, julienned ginger, chilli and serve sizzling with chapatti.
