Instructions
Prepare patty.
Heat some butter in a pan and saute onions until translucent.
Lower heat and add balsamic vinegar and sugar.
Cook until onions are thoroughly wilted and beautifully deep golden brown in colour.
Assemble burger by spreading some mayo on the bun, then put the patty, top with onions.
Serve with arugula on the side and some truffle fries if you please.
