½ cup sugar (white sugar)
1 whole garlic - minced finely
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper - or crushed ground peppercorn
Other:
1 cup cooking oil - for frying
Instructions
- Mix first the marinade thoroughly, then add the ground meat.
- Massage the mixed ingredients to absorb marinating with the meat, and refrigerate it overnight.
