1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons ginger - grated

1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup cucumber - peeled and grated
1 stalk green onions (scallions or green shallots) - thinly sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar (white sugar) - granulated

- In a bowl, stir together egg, garlic, bread crumbs, curry paste, lemon juice, ginger, garam masala, salt and pepper; mix in chicken until combined.
- Divide mixture into quarters; gently press to form 4 patties with wet hands.
- Place the patties on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, turning once until an instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into patties read 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes.

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
