Ingredients
- 10 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 big ginger - minced
- 600 grams ground chicken (minced chicken)
- 7 medium tomatoes - chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoons sugar - or to taste
- 2 teaspoons chili powder (chilli powder in British English) - pink
- 5 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (coriander)
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat a lot of oil as you need in a pan. Add the minced garlic and ginger, then saute until aromatic.
- Add the minced chicken. Saute until the meat is cooked.
- Add all of the tomatoes, green beans, spices, and chillis. Proceed to saute.
- Garnish with coriander, julienned ginger, chilli and serve sizzling with chapatti.
