- 1 pound of ground chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 teaspoons of fresh oregano, chopped
- 3 teaspoons of fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh basil, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 ounces of crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
