Making chicken tacos is a great way to use ground chicken. I don’t usually think of using a BBQ rub, but the Memphis Spice Rub is an excellent spice blend to flavour ground chicken. Usually, one would correlate Memphis rubs with BBQ or ribs, but it does a fine job with chicken.
Cooking well doesn’t always mean cooking gourmet food; sometimes, it’s just making everyday dishes well. There certainly isn’t any secret to browning chicken and making a taco, but it does make for a convenient meal that the whole family will love.
