I just recently came across an article that mentioned “Red Lentil Pasta” for the first time. I hadn’t heard of that before, so I looked into it. Turns out that Red Lentil Pasta has a very high protein content compared to normal pasta, usually around 23g of protein per 100g of pasta. So I thought, this just screams for a high-protein pasta recipe!
Let’s dive right into the recipe! As you already know, I put the focus on quick, easy preparation and healthy recipes. You can feel free to add any ingredients to your taste.
