This recipe we present you today is an Indonesian recipe that is perfect for your break-fasting menu and any dinner occasion. This menu also might remind you of your mom’s wonderful cooking. Consisting of a slice of beef rolled around a filling, just cut it into pieces then it is ready to eat.

Ingredients
 
 

  • Margarine in plastic packaging2 tablespoons margarine
  • white onion½ medium white onion - chopped
  • garlic1 clove garlic - mashed
  • Pile of red paprika powder1 medium paprika - diced
  • Carrot vegetable with leaves1 medium carrot - diced
  •  
    1 teaspoon curry seasoning
  • egg white1 medium egg white - for coating
  • wooden bowl of salt½ teaspoon salt
  • Raw meat mince½ pound ground beef (minced beef)

FOR THE SAUCE:

  • Margarine in plastic packaging2 tablespoons margarine
  • Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • white onion½ medium white onion - chopped
  • Ground black pepper pile, paths, top½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • wooden bowl of salt½ teaspoon salt
  • ketchup1 tablespoon ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
  • garlic1 clove garlic - minced
  • Bowl of sugar½ teaspoon sugar (white sugar)
  • Bowl of beef bone stock150- milliliter beef stock (beef broth or beef bouillon)

Instructions
 

  • Fry beef using margarine until cooked and turns lightly browned in color. Then, lift and drain.
  • Stir-fried garlic and onion until the aroma fills the room, and then add Curry spices, peppers, carrots, and add salt to taste. Stir until all ingredients are well blended, and after that, stir in fried beef.
  • The next step is to put beef earlier on an aluminium foil paper, then smear it with egg white. Flatten the dough and the fill, then roll the dough until it hardens.
  • After that, steam roulade until cooked, then lift, open the cover and let cool.
  • And to make the sauce, heat margarine. Then stir-fried onions and garlic until aromatic, then add Worcestershire tomato sauce, pepper powder, sugar and salt to taste. After that, add broth, and cook until the broth thickens, then lift.
  • The minced beef roulade is ready to be served along with sauce while it is warm.
