1 medium carrot - diced
1 medium egg white - for coating

½ pound ground beef (minced beef)
FOR THE SAUCE:
2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ medium white onion - chopped
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
1 clove garlic - minced
½ teaspoon sugar (white sugar)
150- milliliter beef stock (beef broth or beef bouillon)
Instructions
- Fry beef using margarine until cooked and turns lightly browned in color. Then, lift and drain.
- Stir-fried garlic and onion until the aroma fills the room, and then add Curry spices, peppers, carrots, and add salt to taste. Stir until all ingredients are well blended, and after that, stir in fried beef.
