I love cooking in the slow cooker. I love throwing food in it in the morning, and then when our house gets a little crazy around dinner time, that is one thing that I don’t have to worry about, making dinner. This Easy Slow Cooker Fried Rice recipe is another fried rice meal that my family loves, and you can exchange the vegetables to your family’s liking.
It is really easy to put together. It uses cooked rice, so I usually use extra rice I cooked from a previous dinner I made, and that saves time putting this meal together. This passed my three-year-old test, and it’s a great way to offer a good variety of veggies. My husband loves this for his lunch the next day too.
Put all of your ingredients into the slow cooker. The rice is below all my veggies, ham and eggs.
Mix it all together. Make sure the egg is well mixed over the other ingredients—cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Until you can see the egg cooked on all the ingredients, I stir it a couple of times while it’s cooking.
